Once you receive return instructions, please ensure the item is securely packed with all original packaging and accessories. For security and tracking, we recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning the item. You are free to choose your preferred shipping method.
If you are exchanging for an item of higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference. If the exchange item is of lesser value, we will refund the price difference to you.
Upon receiving and verifying the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
